Countryside Partnerships Neighbourhood Showcase

Countryside Partnerships are proud to be working in partnership with London Borough of Brent to deliver two phases of the South Kilburn Programme; a 15-year regeneration programme that is almost halfway through. It aims to transform the area into a sustainable and mixed neighbourhood and create a sense of place and belonging.

The South Kilburn Masterplan aims to deliver the following:

• 2,400 new high quality homes of which around 1,400 will be made available to existing South Kilburn secure tenants.

• A new larger high quality urban park and improved public realm.

• A new primary school and health facilities.

• New retail facilities.

• Improved environmental standards and a site-wide energy solution.

Countryside Partnerships are delivering Peel Precinct and NWCC: 

The two sites will deliver over 553 new homes including 141 social rent units and 98 shared ownership units. There will also be a Health & Wellbeing Hub featuring a health centre, gym, an array of shops, affordable workspace, and a new market square along with enhanced landscaping and highway improvements to Neville Road.

Both Peel Precinct and NWCC are unpinned by a strong social value offer to local communities.
